Cholla Prime Steakhouse & Lounge at Casino Arizona is introducing a light and delicious salad as part of its summer special (paired with a delectable blue cheese-crusted New York strip steak). And restaurant chef Nicole Morrison is sharing the recipe so guests can enjoy this fresh, seasonal salad anytime, anywhere.

Cholla’s Summer Chopped Salad Special

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. sliced romaine
  • 2 oz. sliced purple kale
  • ¼ cup red and yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • ¼ cup seeded, diced cucumber
  • 3 cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
  • 2 oz. mustard lemon vinaigrette
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Mix romaine, kale, bell peppers, cucumbers and tomatoes with the mustard lemon vinaigrette and salt and pepper.
