Sanctuary Resort To Host Thanksgiving Dinner

elements-dining-gallery-01Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain beckons families to ditch the hours-long Thanksgiving meal prep (and cleanup) in favor of a four-course feast at the acclaimed elements restaurant or a bountiful buffet in The Views Ballroom. On November 26, from 12-9pm in elements and 11am-4pm in The Views, guests can indulge in a meal of gourmet delights by Executive Chef Beau MacMillan, all while overlooking the captivating scenery of Paradise Valley and the red rocks of the resort’s namesake, Camelback Mountain.

Elements’ Thanksgiving menu will begin with small plates and salads, including caramelized fig and balsamic onion tart with stilton blue cheese; candied bacon with kale polenta, fried egg, smoked peanuts, and coriander salad; and escargot pot pie. Guests can enjoy festive entrees like veal osso bucco, sweet potato ravioli, and a traditional turkey dinner before quieting sweet cravings with apple pie cheesecake, pumpkin tart and dark chocolate trifle. The buffet celebration in The Views Ballroom will be similarly inspired, and will include a robust array of seasonal favorites and carving stations.

Dinner in elements is $85 per person and $25 for children ages six to 12 years. The buffet is $75 per person and $25 for children ages six to 12 years. Children ages five and under dine compliments of Sanctuary. Prices exclude beverages, tax and gratuity
