Celebrate Oktoberfest At Pine Canyon In Flagstaff


Pine Canyon homeCelebrate fall in Flagstaff at the Pine Canyon Oktoberfest celebration on Saturday, October 3, from 11am-2pm. Located in Flagstaff, Pine Canyon is a private, luxury golf community that offers detached mountain cabins, paired homes, townhome trios and custom estate homes and homesites. Open to the public, the event will feature traditional Oktoberfest-style food and refreshments, entertainment, an open house and a showcase of homes tour.
Guests of Oktoberfest are encouraged to explore 15 decorated custom homes at Pine Canyon, complete and ready for move-in. The homes range in price from the mid-$700,000s to $2,495,000, and they include a full range of available property options including lock-and-leave town homes and condominiums, amenity rich cabins, and custom homes featuring the finest finishing and expert attention to detail.
Pine Canyon, Walnut Canyon Hole 2During the Oktoberfest celebration, Pine Canyon will also be showcasing its latest neighborhood, Walnut Canyon, which features 47 estate sized home sites, averaging one half acre in size. This newest introduction is bordered by the Coconino National Forest and the Jay Morrish-designed, championship golf course, and it boasts incredible views of the San Francisco Peaks. Pine Canyon began early reservations of Walnut Canyon in 2013. Now that final public report has been received, nearly one-third of the reservations have been converted to sales, totaling two million dollars in transactions.
